Miki Pulley Electromagnetic Toothed Clutches
Miki Pulley Electromagnetic Toothed Clutches transmit torque by engaging teeth together, which lets them handle very high torque even in a compact size. They come in two setups. Full position clutches can engage anywhere around their circumference, while single position clutches connect only at one set spot per revolution.
The tooth tips can be either symmetrical or sawtooth shaped. Symmetrical tips work fine in any rotation direction, while sawtooth tips connect faster and can handle higher speeds. The 546 Models cover clutch torque from 17.5 to 2200 N·m, run in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C, and have zero backlash. These clutches are commonly used in printing machines, packaging machinery, fillers, food machinery, and medical machinery.
