Miki Pulley Electromagnetic Clutch and Brake Units

The Miki Pulley Electromagnetic Clutch and Brake Units combine electromagnetic clutches and brakes into compact, ready-to-install units for controlling the connection, disconnection, starting and stopping of driven machinery. These integrated units can simplify machine design compared with assembling separate clutch and brake components.

The lineup includes 125, 121(20G), 180, 126, CBW, CMW, 121(10G) and 122 models, covering clutch and brake torque ranges from 2.4 to 320 N·m depending on the unit. Configurations include through-shaft, butting-shaft, enclosed, open, motor-direct and geared units, with options for applications such as high-frequency intermittent operation, two-speed control, forward/reverse operation and position stopping.

The units are suitable for applications including printing, bookbinding, woodworking and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
