Koganei VLF Series In-Line Filters
The Koganei VLF Series are compact 5 micrometre prefilters that work with both vacuum and positive pressure pneumatic systems. Installed directly in the air or vacuum line, they catch solid particles before they reach downstream components, keeping pressure loss low in the process.
Built-in tube fittings keep the overall size compact, and the element can be replaced without tools or piping disassembly, making servicing quick and straightforward. The transparent housing lets you check the element condition at a glance so you can plan maintenance at the right time rather than on a fixed schedule. Optional SUS303 stainless specifications are available for environments that need better corrosion resistance, such as ozone or secondary battery production applications.
