The KAE Series Cool Separators are compact, maintenance-free air dehumidification units designed to supply dry compressed air anywhere along the piping system. Utilizing a world-first pressure differential dehumidification mechanism, the KAE Series achieves effective moisture separation without electricity, refrigerant, or desiccant materials.

By creating controlled pressure differentials and adiabatic expansion within the unit, the KAE Series lowers the air temperature, condenses moisture, and separates water through centrifugal force, collision separation, and gravity. This proprietary Koganei design ensures stable dehumidification performance even during fluctuations in flow rate or pressure, making it especially suitable for end-of-line air treatment. Collected condensate is automatically discharged via a built-in float-type auto drain, eliminating the need for routine maintenance.
