Koganei MMFZ Series Micro Mist Filters

The MMFZ30 / MMFZ40 / MMFZ50 Series Micro Oil Mist Filters are next-generation 0.01 μm ultra-high-efficiency filters designed to remove extremely fine oil mist from compressed air. By achieving a particle filtering efficiency of up to 99.9999%, the MMFZ Series delivers exceptionally clean air for sensitive pneumatic equipment, precision automation, and contamination-critical processes.

The series can be used as a stand-alone micro oil mist filter or combined with air filters and pressure regulators to form complete air preparation assemblies. A transparent bowl and visible filter element allow easy condition monitoring, while the tool-less element replacement design enables fast maintenance without removing piping. Sizes 40 and 50 support modular air preparation assemblies, making the MMFZ Series suitable for both compact systems and higher-flow industrial applications.
