Koganei FNZ Series Air Filters

The FNZ30 / FNZ40 / FNZ50 Series Air Filters are next-generation filtration units designed to deliver high flow performance in a compact body, while improving ease of operation and maintenance. Available with 5 μm or 40 μm filtration ratings, the FNZ Series effectively removes solid particles from compressed air to protect downstream pneumatic components and improve system reliability.

Designed for flexibility, the FNZ Series can be used as stand-alone air filters or combined with pressure regulators and oil mist filters to form complete air preparation assemblies. The transparent bowl and visible filter element allow easy inspection, while the tool-less element replacement design enables fast maintenance without disassembling piping. Sizes 40 and 50 support modular air preparation assemblies, making the FNZ Series suitable for both compact systems and higher-flow industrial applications.
