Sanyo Denki SANMOTION F5 24 VDC 5-Phase Stepping Motor

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION F5 24 VDC 5-Phase Stepping Motor is designed for smooth and precise positioning. It features a 0.72° step angle and operates with a 24 VDC power supply. The series is available in 28 mm, 42 mm and 60 mm square motor sizes. Different holding torque and rated current options are available depending on the motor size and model.

Compared with conventional SANMOTION F5 stepping motors, the new motors provide up to 70% higher torque. Operating vibration is reduced by more than 10%, while positioning error at stop is reduced by approximately 44%.

Custom options include spur gears, low-backlash gears, harmonic gears, electromagnetic brakes and encoders. These options allow the motor configuration to be selected according to the required motion and positioning characteristics.
