NPM PULSERVO® Closed-Loop Stepping Motors

NPM PULSERVO® Closed-Loop Stepping Motors combine the high torque of stepping motors with encoder feedback for reliable positioning. The closed-loop system detects motor position and corrects position deviation during operation. It is available in pulse-input and Motionnet types, with motor sizes from 20 mm to 60 mm. Position detection uses a 10,000 P/R encoder with 4-fold multiplication, while the 20 mm motor uses 4,000 P/R.

The system provides speed monitoring, optimal current control, low vibration and smooth rotation through vector and filtering control. It also supports high-speed positioning over short strokes without complex servo tuning.

PULSERVO® motors are available with optional brakes and planetary gearheads. The system is supplied as a matched motor and driver set, with parameters such as motor current individually configured in the driver.
