Servotronix CDHD2S High-Performance Servo Drives
The Servotronix CDHD2S is a high-performance servo drive designed for precise motion control. It combines advanced control algorithms with flexible motor, feedback and communication options. The CDHD2S supports both rotary and linear servo motors. It provides dual closed-loop control for position and speed, as well as secondary feedback for high-precision motion. Built-in gantry mode can synchronise two axes for gantry applications.
The series is available with different communication and motor configurations. CDHD2S-EC provides EtherCAT communication, while CDHD2S-PN provides PROFINET. The CDHD2S-RO configuration is designed for rotary servo motors only.
The CDHD2S supports multiple encoder and feedback options. ServoStudio 2.0 provides guided motor setup, commissioning, tuning and real-time data recording. Advanced functions include position error correction, frequency analysis and high-bandwidth current control.
