Servotronix LDHD3 High-Performance Servo Drives

The Servotronix LDHD3 is a third-generation high-performance servo drive designed for precise motion control. It is especially suited to linear motor applications and supports a range of industrial servo motors. The LDHD3 supports linear motors, direct-drive motors and rotary servo motors. It is available in 6 A and 10 A models, with peak current up to 30 A. The current loop bandwidth reaches 5.0 kHz, while the speed loop bandwidth reaches 3.0 kHz.

The drive supports EtherCAT and USB communication. It also supports incremental, BiSS-C and Tamagawa encoder feedback. Safe Torque Off (STO), high-speed probe and position-based frequency division are included.

Advanced functions include vibration suppression, model following control, disturbance suppression, friction compensation, gravity compensation and adaptive notch filtering. One-click and online auto tuning help simplify commissioning.
