THK VRG Series Cross-Roller Guide with Cage Alignment System
The THK VRG Series builds on the standard Cross-Roller Guide by adding a cage alignment system that keeps rollers precisely positioned throughout travel, improving smoothness and extending service life beyond the standard VR design. Precision rollers are orthogonally aligned in the cage against a dedicated V-groove rail, and mounting two units in parallel lets the system receive loads from all four directions with a preloaded, clearance-free, highly rigid slide mechanism. Stainless steel construction is available for high corrosion resistance. Suited to the same precision applications as other Cross-Roller Guides, including OA equipment, measuring instruments, and precision drilling and optical machines.
