THK RW Series Double-Row Angular Contact Roller Ring
The THK RW Series uses multiple raceways and small-diameter rollers to pack in roughly five times more rollers than THK’s conventional RU Series cross roller ring, while keeping a compact footprint. This raises rigidity and precision and lowers rotational torque at the same time. Its integrated inner and outer ring structure includes mounting holes, so it can be fixed directly to your equipment without extra mounting parts.
The RW Series also holds a wobbling accuracy of 2 μm, which allows accurate control over the runout at real operating positions such as a machining or measurement point. It carries a basic dynamic load rating from 58.4 kN to 214 kN and a basic static load rating from 158 kN to 647 kN, with standard sizes RW228, RW297, and RW445 available.
