THK RU Series Cross Roller Ring

The THK RU Series Cross Roller Ring is an integrated cross roller bearing designed for compact, accurate rotary motion without the need for a separate special flange or housing. Its integrated inner and outer ring structure reduces the influence of housing accuracy and allows the bearing to be used for both inner-ring and outer-ring rotation. The series uses a crossed cylindrical roller arrangement to provide high rigidity and stable rotational accuracy and torque. Integrated mounting holes in the inner and outer rings allow the bearing to be mounted directly to the shaft and housing, helping simplify installation and reduce the number of surrounding components.

The standard lineup includes models from RU42 to RU445, covering shaft diameters from 20 to 350 mm. Basic dynamic radial load ratings range from 7.35 to 222 kN, while basic static radial load ratings range from 8.35 to 473 kN, depending on the model. For larger RU models, different mounting-hole configurations are available, including standard, opposite-direction counterbores and tapped inner-ring holes, giving flexibility for different equipment layouts.
