THK RT Series High-Speed Roller Ring
The THK RT Series High-Speed Roller Ring is designed for high-speed rotary applications, using rollers arranged in two axial rows and one radial row to provide high rigidity while maintaining stable operation at high rotational speeds. It can be used for both inner-ring and outer-ring rotation, making it suitable for multi-functional machine rotary tables and other high-speed rotary mechanisms. Its optimized roller contact structure suppresses heat generation during high-speed rotation and achieves a Dpw·N value of 300,000, with permissible rotational speeds of 1,290 min⁻¹ for RT228, 990 min⁻¹ for RT297, 660 min⁻¹ for RT445 and 440 min⁻¹ for RT665.
The RT Series shares the same inner and outer diameters, width dimensions and mounting hole positions as the corresponding RW Series, allowing users to choose between RT and RW based on whether high-speed performance or higher rigidity is the priority. Integrated mounting holes in the inner and outer rings allow direct attachment to shafts and housings without additional mounting components, while the mounting surface orientation can be selected to suit the equipment layout.
