THK RT Series High-Speed Roller Ring
The THK RT Series uses rollers as its rolling element for higher rigidity, arranged in two axial rows and one radial row to suit high-speed rotation. It can be used for both outer ring and inner ring rotation, and it achieves a Dpw·N value of 300,000 by keeping heat generation down during fast rotation. Mounting holes built into the inner and outer rings let it attach directly to shafts and housings, cutting out the need for extra mounting parts, and you can choose the mounting surface orientation to suit your equipment.
Because the RT Series shares the same internal and external dimensions, width, and mounting hole positions as the RW Series, you can pick whichever model fits your priorities, whether that’s high-speed performance or higher rigidity. Permissible rotational speeds range from 1,290 min⁻¹ for the RT228 down to 440 min⁻¹ for the RT665.
