THK RE-USP Series Ultra-Precision Cross Roller Ring
The THK RE-USP Series Ultra-Precision Cross Roller Ring is designed for applications requiring extremely high rotational accuracy. The RE Series uses a two-piece inner ring structure, and the USP specification provides an ultra-precision accuracy grade for demanding rotary applications such as precision measuring and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
THK specifies the USP grade for ultra-precision rotational accuracy, with RE-USP models intended for applications where high outer-ring rotational accuracy is required. The standard RE Series is also available in a wide range of sizes, with shaft diameters from 20 to 600 mm.
The RE-USP lineup includes sizes from RE10020USP to RE60040USP, with basic dynamic radial load ratings from 33.1 to 264 kN and basic static radial load ratings from 50.9 to 721 kN, depending on the model.
