THK RE-USP and REV-USP Series Cross Roller Ring

The RE-USP Series brings ultra precision grade rotation accuracy to THK’s two-piece inner ring design, exceeding the world’s highest accuracy classes such as JIS Class 2, ISO Class 2, DIN P2, and AFBMA ABEC9. It carries a basic dynamic load rating from 33.1 kN to 264 kN and a basic static load rating from 50.9 kN to 721 kN. Like the standard RE Series, this model is used where the inner ring needs high rotation accuracy, while the REV variant adds a full roller design for higher rigidity in low speed, higher load rotary applications.

This series is a good fit for equipment that demands both fine rotational precision and strong load handling, such as IC manufacturing equipment and precision measuring instruments.
