THK RBU and RBUV Series Cross Roller Ring
The THK RBU Series improves on the standard RB Series by using an integrated inner and outer ring structure instead of a split outer ring, which raises component rigidity and reduces how much the housing’s own accuracy and rigidity affect performance. Model RBU uses a spacer retainer for a low friction coefficient and stable rotational torque, with a basic dynamic load rating from 3.23 kN to 41.7 kN. Model RBUV is the full roller version, suited to low speed rotary operations under higher loads and compatible with all-metal specifications, rated from 4.62 kN to 54.6 kN.
Because the cylindrical rollers are arranged orthogonally between spacer cages inside a 90° V-shaped raceway, a single bearing can handle radial, axial, and moment loads in all directions, and this integrated design cuts down installation time significantly.
