THK RAU and RAUV Series Cross Roller Ring
The THK RAU & RAUV Series Thin Cross Roller Ring is designed for lightweight, compact rotary mechanisms where minimizing cross-sectional size is important. Its integrated inner and outer ring structure allows the bearing to support both inner-ring and outer-ring rotation, providing flexibility for compact rotary equipment.
The RAU Series uses a spacer retainer to provide low friction and stable rotational torque. The 5 mm thin type is available with inner diameters from 10 to 100 mm, with basic dynamic radial load ratings from 1.12 to 3.37 kN. The RA-interchangeable type covers inner diameters from 50 to 200 mm and provides basic dynamic radial load ratings from 5.10 to 25.8 kN.
The RAUV Series uses a full-roller design for higher-load, lower-speed rotary applications and is also available in all-metal specifications. THK lists basic dynamic radial load ratings from 7.24 to 41 kN and basic static radial load ratings from 10.9 to 96.5 kN.
