THK WTF Series Super Lead Full-Ball Rolled Ball Screw
The THK WTF Series Super Lead Full-Ball Type Rolled Ball Screw is designed for transport and high-speed feed applications requiring a large lead. Its end-cap ball circulation system supports stable rolling motion, while the rolled screw shaft provides a cost-effective alternative to fully ground ball screws.
The WTF Series operates without preload and has a DN value of 70,000. It is available with screw shaft diameters from 15 to 50 mm and exceptionally large leads from 20 to 100 mm, depending on the model.
With permissible rotational speeds up to 4,440 min⁻¹, the WTF Series is suited to applications requiring large feed distances, compact transport mechanisms and fast linear movement.
