THK SDA-V and SDA-VZ Series Compact Ball Screw (DIN Standard)
The THK SDA-V and SDA-VZ Series Compact Ball Screw is designed for space-saving precision positioning, featuring an optimised ball circulation structure and compact nut dimensions conforming to DIN 69051. A thin film seal further helps reduce the overall nut length, making the series suitable for equipment ranging from compact electronic machinery to general industrial systems.
The SDA-V Caged Ball type achieves a DN value of up to 160,000, while the SDA-VZ Full-Ball type reaches up to 130,000 in the larger configurations. Both types are available with various preload and no-preload configurations, depending on the model.
The series supports permissible rotational speeds up to 5,000 min⁻¹ for selected models, combining compact dimensions, smooth motion and high-speed performance for a wide range of precision machinery.
