THK SBN-V Series High Speed Precision Caged Ball Screw

The THK SBN-V Series is a precision caged ball screw built for high speed operation. Its circulation structure allows balls to be picked up tangentially to the direction of movement, and with strengthened circulation components, the DN value has been increased to 160,000 for the medium type, and 130,000 for the small type.

This series offers long-term, maintenance-free performance, along with support for preload and offset preload configurations. It’s available with a return-pipe type or return-piece design, giving flexibility depending on your application needs.

There are two model types. The SBN-V Small covers screw shaft diameters from 16mm to 32mm, with a DN value of 130,000. The SBN-V Medium covers screw shaft diameters from 25mm to 50mm, with a DN value of 160,000.
