THK SBN-V Series High-Speed Precision Caged Ball Screw
The THK SBN-V Series High-Speed Precision Caged Ball Screw is designed for high-speed positioning applications, using an optimised ball re-circulation structure that supports smooth operation and long-term maintenance-free performance. The caged-ball design helps reduce ball-to-ball contact, contributing to lower noise and torque fluctuation.
The SBN-V Series is available in preloaded configurations, with the Small and Medium types covering different speed and size requirements. The Small type has a DN value of 130,000 and screw shaft diameters from 16 to 32 mm, while the Medium type reaches a DN value of 160,000 with screw shaft diameters from 25 to 50 mm.
Selected models support permissible rotational speeds of up to 5,000 min⁻¹, making the SBN-V suitable for precision machinery where speed, smooth motion and positioning accuracy are important.
