THK SBKN Series Double-Nut Precision Caged Ball Screw
The THK SBKN Series Double-Nut Precision Caged Ball Screw combines THK’s caged-ball technology with a double-nut preload design for high rigidity, load capacity and precise positioning. The two-nut configuration uses preload to eliminate backlash while maintaining the low-noise, low-torque characteristics associated with caged ball screws.
The SBKN Series has a DN value of 160,000 and is available with screw shaft diameters from 36 to 55 mm and leads from 20 to 36 mm. Its preloaded construction provides rigidity values up to 2,399 N/μm, depending on the model.
