The THK SBKH Series High-Load High-Speed Precision Caged Ball Screw is designed for heavy-duty applications requiring both high load capacity and high-speed operation. Its caged-ball construction helps prevent ball-to-ball contact, supporting smooth, low-noise operation with reduced torque fluctuation and reliable long-term performance.
The SBKH Series uses a large-lead, end-cap type nut and operates without preload, making it suitable for applications where high-speed feeding and high load capacity are both required. It has a DN value of 130,000 and supports permissible loads up to 411 kN, depending on the model.
Available with screw shaft diameters from 63 to 120 mm and leads from 32 to 60 mm, the SBKH Series offers permissible rotational speeds up to 1,950 min⁻¹ depending on the configuration, making it well suited to high-load machinery that still requires fast linear movement.
