THK NS-V Series Low-Inertia Precision Ball Screw/Spline

The THK NS-V Series is the low-inertia counterpart to THK’s NS Series ball screw/spline, built with a more compact, lighter nut structure that enables quicker starts and stops during high-speed operation. Reducing the nut’s outer diameter while keeping the shaft the same size cuts down on weight, which lowers the load on your motor, reduces heat buildup, and helps equipment run longer between services.

Like the rest of THK’s ball screw/spline lineup, it uses a rotary nut design with its own preload for precise positioning, making it a good fit for Z axes and other applications that need both speed and accuracy.
