THK NS-V Series Low-Inertia Precision Ball Screw/Spline

The THK NS-V Series is a ball screw and spline in one, with the Ball Screw grooves and Ball Spline groove crossing one another on the same shaft. Dedicated support bearings are built directly into the circumference of both the Ball Screw nut and the Ball Spline nut, giving the whole assembly a compact, integrated design.

This series features a large lead and doesn’t require preload, which simplifies installation. It also uses a rotary nut design, making it well suited for precision positioning tasks in ball screw applications, particularly where low inertia matters.

The NS-V Series has a DN value of 100,000 and is available in screw shaft diameters of 16mm, 20mm, and 25mm.
