THK JPF Series Slim Nut Full-Ball Rolled Ball Screw

The THK JPF Series Slim Nut Full-Ball Type Rolled Ball Screw combines the cost advantages of a rolled screw shaft with a compact slim nut design and constant-pressure preload. The screw shaft is rolled to high accuracy and specially surface ground, while the ball raceways in the nut are thread-ground to provide smooth, low-clearance motion. It achieves zero backlash through a constant-pressure preload method. By shifting the phase of the nut, the central section of the nut acts as a spring structure, helping absorb pitch error and maintain smooth, stable motion.

With a DN value of 50,000 and screw shaft diameters from 14 to 40 mm, the JPF Series is suited to applications where compact dimensions, precision positioning and cost-effective ball screw performance are required.
