THK HBN-K & HBN-KA Series High-Load Precision Caged Ball Screw

The THK HBN-K and HBN-KA Series High-Load Precision Caged Ball Screws are designed for heavy-duty applications requiring high load capacity, rigidity and reliable high-speed operation. Their caged-ball construction helps reduce ball-to-ball contact, resulting in lower noise and torque fluctuation while supporting long service life.

Both series operate without preload and have a DN value of 120,000. The HBN-K Series covers large screw shaft sizes from 63 to 140 mm, while the HBN-KA Series is available from 80 to 140 mm, providing high-load options for demanding industrial machinery.

The series is capable of handling very high permissible axial loads, with selected models rated up to 911 kN, depending on configuration.
