THK EBB-V Series Ball Screw (ISO 3408, Oversized-Ball Preload)

The THK EBB-V Series is an ISO 3408 compliant ball screw designed for smooth, continuous rolling motion. Balls circulate between the screw shaft and nut through an internal deflector, enabling efficient operation in a compact nut design. The series is available in both oversized-ball preload and non-preloaded configurations. The oversized-ball preload type helps eliminate backlash, while the non-preloaded type is suitable where preload is not required. The internal deflector circulation system allows for a compact nut, making the series well suited to space-conscious precision motion applications.

Available with screw shaft diameters from 16 to 80 mm and permissible rotational speeds of up to 5,000 min⁻¹, the EBB-V Series offers a practical combination of precision, rigidity, high-speed operation and compact design.
