THK BSM Series High-Speed Precision Ball Screw

The THK BSM Series Full-Ball Type Precision Ball Screw is a high-speed ball screw developed for machine tool applications, featuring a newly developed ball circulation structure that achieves a DN value of 170,000. It is designed to deliver smooth, high-speed operation while maintaining high load capacity and rigidity.

The BSM Series uses a unique groove and double-groove structure to improve load capacity, while its compact nut design provides high rigidity in a reduced package. The BSM-B slim nut type can reduce nut diameter by up to 14% compared with conventional THK products, helping save installation space.

Available in a range of shaft diameters and leads, the series offers maximum feed speeds of up to 121 m/min for selected configurations, making it suitable for high-speed machine tools and other demanding precision motion applications.
