THK BNK Series Precision Ball Screw with Finished Shaft Ends

The THK BNK Series pairs a standardized screw shaft and ball screw nut with shaft ends already machined to match THK’s dedicated support units, saving you the extra machining step. Models BNK0401, BNK0501, and BNK0601 use a fixed-free shaft support method, while the rest use a fixed-supported method with the shaft directly coupled to the motor. When you combine the BNK Series with a matching support unit and nut bracket, the assembly can be mounted onto your machine as is, giving you a high-precision feed mechanism with far less custom design work.

It’s available in screw shaft diameters from 4mm to 25mm with leads from 1mm to 20mm. The ball screw nut comes sealed with grease, and models BNK0802 and above include a labyrinth seal for extra protection against contamination.
