Fortrend FWRD Series 4-Axis Dual-Arm Robot
The Fortrend FWRD Series is a 4-axis dual-arm wafer transfer robot built to improve throughput in semiconductor equipment. The dual-arm design lets one arm pick while the other places, cutting down wafer exchange time without sacrificing positioning accuracy.
It is designed for atmospheric wafer handling and works across a wide range of semiconductor equipment including EFEM, sorters, coating and developing equipment, cleaning equipment, and inspection tools. Multiple wafer holding methods are supported, including vacuum suction, clamping, contact Bernoulli, and non-contact Bernoulli types, giving you flexibility to match the robot to your process needs.
