Fortrend FHRA Series Humid Quadruple-Arm Robot
The Fortrend FHRA Series is a quadruple-arm wafer transfer robot built for high-throughput handling in waterproof environments. Its four arms can move independently, which means dry and wet wafer handling can be separated on the same robot without cross-contamination.
This independent arm motion also cuts down wafer exchange time significantly, making it a good fit for wet process semiconductor equipment where throughput matters. The robot is rated IP64 for dust and water splash protection, allowing it to operate reliably in acidic, alkaline, and cleaning environments. Wafer holding options include vacuum suction and edge clamping, and the arm reach can be customised to fit your equipment layout.
