Yamaha YP-X Series 3-Axis Pick & Place Robots

The Yamaha YP-X Series 3-Axis Pick & Place Robots are designed for fast and precise part handling. The series includes YP220BXR, YP320XR and YP330X models with X, Z and R-axis configurations or X, Y and Z-axis configurations.

The YP220BXR and YP320XR use 200 W AC servo motors on the X and Z axes, with a 60 W motor on the R axis. The YP330X uses 200 W motors on all three axes. Maximum speeds reach up to 1,500 mm/s, depending on the model and axis.

The robots provide repeatability from ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm, depending on the model and axis. Maximum payload is 1 kg for the YP220BXR and YP320XR, while the YP330X supports up to 3 kg. All models are controlled by the Yamaha RCX340 and support programming, I/O point tracing, remote commands and RS-232C communication. Standard robot cable length is 3.5 m, with 5 m and 10 m options available.
