The THK GLM20-112-S-EP-C-NN-I-N-N-H is a high-performance linear motor actuator from THK’s GLM series, designed for high-speed, high-precision positioning with low noise and minimal dust generation. It combines a caged ball LM Guide (SSR type) with an iron-core AC linear servo motor, delivering excellent rigidity, smooth motion, and long maintenance-free operation in a single integrated unit. Its low dust generation and quiet operation make it well suited for cleanroom-compatible environments including semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, and precision automation applications. The caged ball design eliminates ball-to-ball contact, reducing friction and extending service life compared to conventional full-ball type guides.
