THK CSKR33 Clean-Room Actuator

The THK CSKR33 Clean-Room Actuator is designed for clean-room applications where low dust generation, high speed and compact construction are required. It integrates a Caged Ball LM Guide with a ball screw mechanism in a rigid U-shaped outer rail. The CSKR33 Series uses a 10 mm ball screw lead and a slider type A with one inner block. The precision grade provides positioning repeatability of ±0.003 mm, with a positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm for the 150 mm outer rail length.

The CSKR33 can operate at speeds of up to 2,000 mm/s under ISO 14644-1 Class 4 clean-room conditions. It also uses AFE-CA grease and clean-room vacuum fittings to support low dust generation.

Available models are CSKR310A150P0AN and CSKR310A150P0XN. Both have a 150 mm outer rail length and a 55 mm stroke range for slider type A. The actuator features AP-C treatment on the outer rail, inner block and ball screw shaft for improved corrosion resistance.
