NSK MCM08 Series Monocarrier Actuator

The NSK MCM08 Series Monocarrier Actuator combines a ball screw, linear bearings, support bearings and base body in one compact unit. This integrated design simplifies installation and reduces the space needed for the actuator.

The MCM08 uses a U-shaped base for high rigidity and can operate with single-end support. The preloaded linear bearing provides smooth movement and helps reduce deformation during operation.

Elshin stocks MCM08040H10-000A and MCM08040H20-000A models. Both have a 400 mm nominal stroke, with 10 mm and 20 mm ball screw leads respectively. The MCM08 provides smooth movement, high positioning accuracy and long service life. It is suitable for automated equipment and precision linear motion systems.
