Koganei PLF Series Hollow Membrane In-Line Filters

The PLF Series Hollow Membrane In-Line Filters are ultra-compact 0.01 μm end-of-line filters designed to deliver extremely high air purity with long service life. The series uses a porous fluorine hollow fiber membrane element, providing approximately 10 times the effective filtration surface area compared with conventional flat membrane filters of the same size. This structure enables high filtration efficiency, low pressure loss, and extended operating life.

Designed for installation close to the point of use, the PLF Series is suitable for applications requiring clean air for air blow, ionizers, and precision processes. The compact and lightweight body allows easy integration into existing piping, while the transparent housing enables quick visual inspection of the filter condition. Selected models support both positive and vacuum pressure operation, providing flexibility across a wide range of pneumatic systems.
