The VLF Series In-Line Filters are compact 5 μm prefilters designed for use with both vacuum and positive pressure pneumatic systems. Installed directly in the air or vacuum line, the VLF Series helps protect downstream components by removing solid particles while maintaining low pressure loss.

Designed for easy installation and maintenance, the VLF Series features built-in tube fittings for a compact envelope and a tool-less element replacement mechanism, allowing quick servicing without disassembling piping. The transparent housing enables easy visual inspection of element condition, helping users determine the optimal maintenance timing. Optional SUS303 specifications are available for applications requiring improved corrosion resistance or compatibility with ozone-resistant and secondary battery production environments.
