THK PB Series Standard Type Rod End

A rod end is a self-aligning spherical slide bearing with a spherical inner ring manufactured to the same precision and hardness as bearing steel balls. The mirror-finished sliding surfaces and rigid holder design enable play-free, extremely smooth rotation and oscillation, even under misalignment.

Model PB is a high-rigidity spherical plain bearing that uses a copper alloy liner between the steel outer ring and spherical inner ring. The spherical surface is hard chrome plated, providing excellent wear and corrosion resistance. An oil groove and greasing hole allow periodic lubrication, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.
