THK RBI Link Ball

THK RBI is a link ball with a female-threaded holder. The mounting bolt and holder are arranged on the same axis, allowing the RBI to receive axial loads. It is designed for compact link motion with smooth operation and low clearance.

The holder uses high-strength zinc alloy for good wear resistance. Grease is sealed inside the boot to provide high lubricity and protect the spherical contact area. The RBI is designed for axial loads and should not be used for radial loads.

THK RBI models include RBI 5D through RBI 16D, with BD versions available for selected thread sizes. Shaft diameters range from 5 to 16 mm, depending on the model.
