DCMB Series Change Nut

The DCMB Model Change Nut also employs a 45° lead angle, allowing high-efficiency conversion between linear and rotary motion at approximately 70% efficiency. Its large lead design makes it ideal for fast linear feed mechanisms operating at low rotational speeds.

The DCMB series is available in both standard and miniature sizes. Standard models use cold-rolled, hardened, and mirror-finished multi-thread screw shafts for high durability and smooth operation, while models DCMB40 and above are compatible with cut screw shafts.

The miniature DCMB Change Nut is manufactured from oil-impregnated engineering plastic, providing excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating performance. This design is especially suitable for oil-less operation and enables long-term maintenance-free use in compact mechanisms.
