THK DCMA Change Nut

The THK DCMA Change Nut converts linear motion into rotary motion and rotary motion into linear motion. It operates at around 70% efficiency. Its large lead also makes it suitable for fast feed mechanisms with low-speed rotation.

The DCMA has a 45° lead angle and is designed for smooth, efficient motion. It works with multi-thread screw shafts that have hardened and mirror-finished tooth surfaces. This helps improve wear resistance and reduce friction during operation.

THK DCMA Change Nuts are available in several sizes, including DCMA 15T to DCMA 50. Dynamic permissible thrust ranges from 2,300 to 28,500 N, depending on the model
