THK DCM Flanged Lead Screw Nut

The THK DCM Flanged Lead Screw Nut is designed for smooth linear motion with 30° trapezoidal threads. It uses a high-strength zinc alloy nut with a precision-formed thread, providing good wear resistance and consistent accuracy.

The DCM series features a flanged design for secure mounting and is available in sizes from 12 to 50 mm. Standard rolled screw shafts are available, while cut screw shafts can also be supplied for specific applications.

THK recommends using the dedicated rolled shaft for smooth motion and improved wear resistance. The shaft surface is hardened to 250 HV or higher and finished to Ra 0.20 or less.
