THK DC Lead Screw Nut

The THK DC Lead Screw Nut is a cylindrical lead screw nut designed for smooth and reliable linear motion. It uses a die-cast nut with an accurate rolled screw shaft. This design provides good wear resistance and consistent performance.

The DC Series uses 30° trapezoidal threads. The nut is made from a high-strength alloy, while dedicated rolled shafts have hardened and mirror-finished tooth surfaces. This helps provide smooth motion and improved wear resistance.

THK DC Lead Screw Nuts are available in 12 to 50 mm sizes. The dynamic permissible thrust ranges from 2,840 to 42,100 N, depending on the model. Rolled screw shafts are available as standard, while cut shafts can also be supplied for specific applications.
