Yamaha Robonity LGFS Motor-less Long-Stroke Actuator

The Yamaha Robonity LGFS Series is a motor-less advanced single-axis actuator engineered for long-stroke, high-payload transport applications. Built with Yamaha’s optimal supports structure, the LGFS enables heavy-duty linear motion while maintaining repeatability of plus or minus 0.01mm and stable high-speed performance even over extended travel distances.

Supporting payloads of up to 200kg in horizontal orientation depending on model and lead selection, the LGFS Series is well suited for demanding automation systems requiring both extended travel and high rigidity, such as large gantry base axes, long-distance transfer lines, and heavy component handling applications.

Supplied as a mechanical unit without motor or driver, the LGFS allows flexible pairing with compatible AC servo motors to meet specific control and performance requirements.
