Koganei NCTN Series Non-Contact Bernoulli Grippers
The Koganei NCTN Series Non-Contact Bernoulli Grippers lift and transfer delicate workpieces without making surface contact. The Bernoulli design spreads lifting force evenly across the workpiece, which reduces deformation and prevents vacuum marks. This makes the NCTN Series a good fit for soft foods such as bread dough and cakes, as well as thin flexible materials like paper, cloth, and plastic film.
The stainless steel body keeps the unit clean and durable, and an optional flat contact surface type is available for applications that need extra stability. Six sizes are available from 10mm to 80mm in diameter, with lifting forces of up to over 31N.
