The Koganei F Series High-Speed Solenoid Vacuum Valves are long-life, high-performance directional control valves built for demanding vacuum and pneumatic control applications. Rated for over 100 million operating cycles, they are designed to keep running reliably in high-frequency systems with minimal downtime.

Cylinder port direction can be switched in the field, and the valve can be converted between double and single solenoid operation without needing extra parts, which simplifies modifications and reduces maintenance time. A wide range of wiring and communication options is available, along with flexible mounting configurations including inline, subbase, monoblock, and split-type manifolds. Switchable output ports can be configured directly on the valve body or through the manifold. Models with two 3-way valves in a single body are also available for compact, efficient vacuum control layouts.
