Koganei MV Series Vacuum Valves
The Koganei MV Series Pneumatic Solenoid Vacuum Valves are built for precise vacuum control in suction transfer systems using an external vacuum pump. Multiple control functions are packed into a compact, modular body, making the series a practical fit for automated handling and transport applications.
Single-unit and manifold mounting up to eight stations are both supported, so you can start small and expand the system as needed. Standard functions include vacuum supply control and vacuum break control, with optional vacuum hold detection. Electronic vacuum switches with LED indicators, pressure sensors, and replaceable filters are available to match different application requirements. The series is RoHS compliant.
Three flow sizes are available to suit different system requirements: the MV030 compact type, the MV090 medium flow type, and the MV180 large flow type.
