Koganei KPT Series Bellows Type Vacuum Pads

The Koganei KPT Series Bellows Type Vacuum Pads are built for handling workpieces with curved, angled, or uneven suction surfaces. The bellows structure lets the pad flex and conform automatically to surface angles and height differences, keeping suction stable without putting pressure on the workpiece.

By absorbing thrust from the cylinder or robot arm, the KPT Series also protects delicate parts during contact, making it a good fit for high-precision automation systems. Available in 19 pad sizes from 2.5mm to 50mm in diameter, with 1.5-fold or 2.5-fold bellows configurations, and silicone or NBR rubber materials to suit different workpiece types and environmental conditions. Optional integrated spring buffer and multiple piping directions are also available.
