Koganei KPJ Series Bellows Type Vacuum Pads

The Koganei KPJ Series Bellows Type Vacuum Pads are built for handling workpieces with slanted, curved, or uneven surfaces. The bellows structure lets the pad flex and absorb surface angles and height differences, keeping suction stable even when the contact surface is not perfectly flat.

Available in three pad sizes of 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm in diameter, the series covers a range of compact handling requirements. Multiple pad materials are available to suit different workpiece types. The oil-free fluorine type keeps suction marks to a minimum on sensitive surfaces, while the electroconductive silicone type helps prevent static charge buildup when handling static-sensitive components.
