Koganei IB-Cyclone

The KOGANEI iB-Cyclone is a high-speed cyclone-type water separator designed for efficient moisture removal in compressed air preparation systems. Using KOGANEI’s refined centrifugal technology (patent pending), the iB-Cyclone achieves a moisture separation rate of at least 99% based on KOGANEI measurement standards, while maintaining a compact size with approximately half the volume of equivalent equipment.

Because the iB-Cyclone does not use a filter element, it is completely maintenance-free, eliminating the need for element replacement and reducing operating costs. Its high separation efficiency makes it ideal for protecting downstream pneumatic components and ensuring stable air quality in automation and production systems.
